Sep 2011, VENUS provided the Lean project coaching to Johnson & Johnson China, this coaching is focus on how to use the Lean tools in the service industry and transactional process.  

July 2011, VENUS start the year 2011 Six Sigma project coaching and reviewing for Zhejiang province Tobacco company. More than 10 Green Belt projects will be coached in the following 6 months.
