Lean Six Sigma is the ground up integration of the Lean and Six Sigma process improvement methodologies. Attendees learn the roadmaps and Black Belt tools to dramatically improve any process. A Black Belt’s tool set is strongly statistically based, with a broad array of flow-based tools and encompasses powerful change management methods allowing them to solve complex, cross-functional problems related to both flow and defects.
