May 2014,the VENUS Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training is started in Shanghai.

The duration of this Green Belt training is 10 days. And the training will be finished in two times. One week in May, and the second week in June. So the GB candidates can implement their projects after the first week training.

In this training, VENUS will not only teach them the Six Sigma tools, but also show some real case to them for deeply understanding. And VENUS also prepared many exercise for them to apply the tools in the exercise.
