December 2019, the VENUS Lean Core Tools open enrollment training successful closed in Shanghai.
In this Lean Core Tools class, VENUS trainer has taught a lot of skills on how to draw a good Value stream map to identify waste and improvement opportunities, and then how to use the Lean Core Tools to improve the performance of the company.
